1General Terms & Conditions
Bhagg is an online gaming and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Bhagg and the user.
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. For significant changes, Bhagg will notify users in advance via their registered email or phone number.
- Users must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform.
- bhagg is intended for personal and recreational use only — commercial use is strictly prohibited.
- Bhagg is not responsible for issues arising from internet connectivity or device problems.
- These terms are governed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
2Account Registration & Verification
Providing accurate and truthful information is mandatory when registering on Bhagg. Registering with false information puts your account at risk of cancellation, in which case your balance may not be refunded.
- Each person may register only one account per device or IP address.
- Before making a withdrawal, identity verification is required using a National ID card or passport.
- Keep your account password strong and never share it with anyone.
- To make any changes to your account details, please contact our support team.
- Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited.
Please Note: The verification process may take a little time — but once completed, all future withdrawals will be processed faster. Bhagg uses this information solely to confirm your identity and does not share it with any third party.
3Deposits & Withdrawals
Bhagg's deposit and withdrawal process is straightforward and transparent. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

- The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used.
- Withdrawals cannot be made directly from bonus balance — wagering requirements must be completed first.
- For suspicious transactions, Bhagg may request additional verification.
- If a deposit fails, the funds will be returned to the source account within 3–5 business days.
Warning: Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted. Please use a payment method registered in your own name. Funds sent from someone else's account may be forfeited.
4Bonus & Promotion Terms
Bhagg regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which are detailed on the bonus page.
- The welcome bonus is available to new registered members on their first deposit only — it cannot be claimed more than once.
- Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirements have been met.
- Bonuses must be claimed within a specified time frame — once the deadline passes, the bonus will be forfeited.
- More than one bonus cannot be active at the same time.
- If bonus abuse or exploitation is detected, Bhagg reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
- Separate terms also apply to free spins and cashback bonuses — the conditions will be stated alongside each offer.

5Betting Rules
Sports Betting and live betting on Bhagg are governed by the following rules.
- Confirmed bets cannot be changed or cancelled — if a cash out option is available, you may use that instead.
- If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical issue, Bhagg will void it and return the stake.
- If a match is cancelled, the associated bet will be voided and the stake returned to your wallet.
- If a technical error occurs in the display of odds, Bhagg reserves the right to void the affected bet.
- If one leg of a parlay bet is voided, it will be counted as odds of 1.00.
- Maximum bet amounts vary by match and market — full details are shown on the bet slip.
Odds change quickly in in-play betting. If the odds shift after you press the confirm button, you will be given the opportunity to confirm your bet at the updated odds.
6Gaming Rules (Casino & Slots)
Bhagg's casino and slots games are powered by software from international game providers that use certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology.
- The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is listed in that game's information section.
- If you lose connection during a game, your progress will be saved on the server and you can pick up right where you left off once you reconnect.
- In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final — no appeals will be accepted.
- Bhagg is not obligated to pay out amounts won as a result of a bug or error in the game software.
Please Note: Bhagg's games are meant for fun and entertainment. Every spin or hand is independent — previous results have no bearing on future ones.
7Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Bhagg platform. Violations may result in immediate account closure.
- Placing bets or playing games using automated bots, scripts, or software.
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.
- Attempting to log in to another user's account without permission.
- Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
- Deliberately exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs.
- Harassment of other users or Bhagg staff.
- Participation in match fixing or any form of sports manipulation.
Important: If any of the above activities are proven, Bhagg reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, permanently close the account, and notify the relevant authorities if necessary.
8Account Suspension & Closure
Bhagg may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances.
- If evidence of a terms violation is found.
- If required verification documents are not submitted within the specified timeframe.
- If suspicious activity related to account security is detected.
- If the user submits a request to close their own account.
Before closing an account, bhagg will notify the user wherever possible and allow withdrawal of any valid balance (excluding bonuses) — unless the closure is due to a terms violation.
9Responsible Gaming
Bhagg believes gaming is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. We place the highest priority on responsible gaming.
- Users can set a deposit limit, bet limit, or loss limit at any time.
- Through the self-exclusion feature, you can temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 months.
- Bhagg never encourages users to bet or deposit beyond their limits.

10Terms Updates & Contact
Bhagg reserves the right to change, add to, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. For significant changes, registered users will be notified at least 7 days in advance.
- Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
- If you do not agree to the updated terms, you will have the option to close your account.
